We usually have at least 2 different draught ciders available at the shop for customers to sample and purchase.
All of our draught ciders are non sparkling and the selection we offer changes regularly.
We are able to offer both dry and medium still cider at the shop.
The Abv of our draught ciders vary from 6% - 7% and prices are from £4.50 per litre.
As we use no preservatives or sulphites our draught ciders have a relatively short shelf life and need to be stored in the cool or ideally in a fridge. We recommend that the cider is consumed 10 days from the date of purchase.
We can supply the following containers for the draught cider.
1/2 Litre plastic bottle, 1 litre plastic bottle and 5 litre plastic containers.
Please note that containers for the draught cider are extra. You are welcome to bring your own clean container to collect cider.

(Medium Sweet Still) 4% abv
We have several damson trees on the farm that produce fruit in the early autumn. We collect the fruit and then make a syrup to naturally preserve the taste. We then add the syrup to our cider to create the fantastic deep flavour of Damson. Contains natural sugar.
Our Damson cider is our sweetest still flavoured cider that we offer.

If you enjoy the taste of Ginger you may be surprised that Ginger goes very well with cider! We blend one of our ciders with a small amount of our own root ginger syrup to create this delicious still medium sweet cider. This product contains natural sugar.

We have our own Elder trees on the farm and we use the flowers in early June to make a syrup. We then add the syrup to the cider to make a refreshing tasting still cider.

Many years ago we wanted to offer a special hot cider to serve to customers at the Christmas festivals we attend. We came up with a recipe similar to a mulled wine in appearance and also with the christmas spices. We went further and by adding our own damson and elderberry juice to give the flavour real depth. To lighten it up slightly and to give added body we also include orange juice.
The result has been very popular indeed and we hear the comment so often that we are the main reason that people have come to the show!
We can also offer 50cl bottles which are all ready mixed for you to be able to warm up and drink in the comfort of your home. These bottles are available at the Christmas shows we attend.
